Early access · Launching Q2 2026

Creative production, finally in one workspace.

Lumiqa is the creative production workspace for agencies, studios and content teams. Content planning, video review, editor queues and client delivery — all in one tool.

No credit card Founding pricing for early signups Made by creatives

One tool. No more duct tape.

Creative teams juggle Frame.io, Airtable, ClickUp, WeTransfer, Drive, Slack. Lumiqa replaces the stack with one workspace built for how video actually ships.

01

Replace the stack

Swap Frame.io + Airtable + ClickUp for a single workspace. Content planning, review, delivery and assets in one place — no more stitching tools together.

02

Client reviews without friction

Clients comment on video with timecodes — no account, no download, no login. Approvals land back in your queue automatically.

03

Editor queues that actually work

Assign cuts with priorities, due dates, brand context and source files. Editors see their day in one view. Managers see the whole studio in another.

Everything a creative team actually needs.

Opinionated defaults for video teams. Extensible for the edge cases. Nothing you don't use.

Content kanban

Plan shoots, cuts and drops on a board that moves with the production pipeline — idea, shoot, edit, review, deliver.

Video review & comments

Frame-accurate timecoded comments, version stacks, side-by-side compare. Export approved notes straight to the editor.

Editor queue

Per-editor workload, priority sort, due dates, source files, brand context. Managers see capacity at a glance.

Client portal

Branded delivery portal per client. Drops, reviews, approvals, asset history — no friction, no logins to chase.

Brand asset library

Logos, fonts, palette, guidelines, LUTs, stock clips — scoped per brand. Editors and AI tools pull the right asset automatically.

Team roles

Editor, publisher, admin, client — each with a view tuned to what they actually need to see. Least-privilege by default.

Pricing that scales with your studio.

Simple tiers. No seat penalties on the essentials. Pick a plan, claim your spot on the waitlist.

Frequently asked.

If you're wondering, so is someone else.

When does Lumiqa launch?
We're targeting Q2 2026 for public launch. Waitlist members get invites in waves — expect first access a few weeks before general availability, with founding-customer pricing locked in.
Who is Lumiqa for?
Creative production teams: agencies, in-house studios, content collectives, podcast networks, video-first brands. If you work in briefs, cuts, reviews and deliveries every week, Lumiqa is built for you.
How is my data handled?
Everything lives on our EU infrastructure. Assets are stored in encrypted object storage, with scoped access per brand and per role. You own your data and can export it at any time. A DPA is available for Agency and Enterprise plans.
Can I migrate from Frame.io, Airtable or ClickUp?
Yes. We're shipping importers for Frame.io (projects, comments, versions) and Airtable (bases → boards) at launch. For ClickUp and other tools, we'll help with a guided migration during onboarding.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing will be available at launch with a two-months-free discount across all paid plans. Waitlist members get first access to annual commitments at founding pricing.
Is there a free trial?
Every plan includes a 14-day trial, no credit card required. Early-access invites start with an extended trial so you can move a real project through the tool before committing.
